However, public personages are not protected in most situations, since they have placed themselves already within the public eye, and their activities
  3. Trespass: Any unlawful act committed with force or violence, actual or implied, which causes injury to another person, his property, or his rights
  4. Fraud: Deliberate deception, trickery, or cheating intended to gain an advantage.
